Terms of service
The agreement between you and Birdie Proxies for the dashboard, the proxy service and everything sold through it.
Last updated 6 September 2026
The agreement
These terms are a contract between you and Birdie Technologies. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you can bind that company. You must be at least 18.
Your account
- Give us accurate details and keep them up to date. Your username doubles as your proxy username and cannot be changed later.
- Keep your password and proxy key private. Everything done with them counts as done by you. Turn on two-factor authentication if you can.
- One account per person or organisation. Do not share, sell or lend an account, and do not create accounts to get more than one free trial or giveaway entry.
The service
We sell access to residential, datacenter and mobile proxies on a network run by an upstream provider, measured in bandwidth. Data you buy is credited to your account, does not expire and is not transferable to another account or refundable as cash. We may change hostnames, ports, locations or features, and we may withdraw a product, with reasonable notice where practical. IP addresses, locations and providers are offered on an availability basis and are not guaranteed.
Acceptable use
You may use the proxies only for lawful purposes and in ways that respect other people's rights. You must not use the service to:
- break any law, including data protection, computer misuse, export control and intellectual property law;
- commit fraud, credential stuffing, account takeover, carding, or payment abuse of any kind;
- send spam or unsolicited messages, or run phishing, malware or command-and-control infrastructure;
- attack, overload or gain unauthorised access to any system or network, including the service itself;
- access, collect or distribute material that is illegal, that sexualises children, or that harasses or threatens people;
- collect personal data without a lawful basis, or breach the terms of the sites and services you access in a way that causes them harm;
- resell or provide the service to third parties without our written agreement;
- circumvent limits, tamper with the dashboard, or automate the free trial or the daily giveaway.
You are responsible for what is done with your credentials. If we receive an abuse report we may investigate, suspend access while we do, and pass details to the upstream provider or the authorities where the law requires.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout where it applies, based on your billing country.
- Payments are taken by Stripe. We do not see or store card details. An invoice is issued for every order.
- Data is credited to your account automatically once payment is confirmed. If a credit fails, we correct it; open a support conversation if it has not appeared within a few minutes.
- Because purchased data does not expire, purchases are final once credited and are not refundable, except where a credit could not be completed or where the law gives you a right we cannot exclude.
- A chargeback on a credited order may lead to suspension until the matter is resolved.
- We may change prices at any time. Changes apply to future orders only.
Free trials and the giveaway
Free trials are granted at our discretion, once per customer, in whatever amount we choose, and may be withdrawn at any time. The daily hole-in-one game awards data only, has no cash value, may be paused or changed without notice, and is limited to one entry per customer per day unless we say otherwise. Anyone found automating or gaming either loses the benefit and may lose their account.
Availability
We aim for the service to be available all the time but do not promise it. The network depends on the upstream provider and on the devices in its pool, so throughput, success rates and location coverage vary. We may carry out maintenance, and we are not liable for outages we do not control.
Suspension and ending the agreement
- You can close your account at any time from the account page. Unused data is not refunded.
- We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we receive a credible abuse report, if a payment is reversed, or if the law requires it. Data remaining on an account closed for breach is forfeited.
- Clauses about acceptable use, payment, liability and governing law survive the end of the agreement.
Our liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption or indirect loss, and our total liability to you for anything arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
Your responsibility to us
You agree to cover any loss, claim or cost we face because of your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the service, including claims from the upstream provider or third parties.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and for material changes we give notice by email or in the dashboard before they take effect; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
